Poem: Ode to "Deep Blue"
When Mira sung about
chess champion Garry Kasparov
defeated by Deep Blue,
reality became clearer.
”Deep blue, I wanna take you to the sun”
played repeatedly in my thoughts,
seeing slivers of electricity
hauled across the sky by a magnet.
Garry Kasparov was defeated
by cognizance higher than his own.
